Tandem Pushchairs
These pushchairs are different to twin and double pushchairs. Tandem pushchairs still have double seats but the seats are positioned with one behind the other. This design is not suited to everybody and some parents may dislike the idea. But we think that tandem pushchairs are diverse and can be useful.
Why a tandem pushchair and not a twin?
Tandem pushchairs are perfect if you have children of different ages. It lets you split them up so that one does not wake the other when they are trying to have a sleep. You can put the younger child where you can keep an eye on him and let the older child have some freedom. Tandem pushchairs are also slimmer because of the different design. This makes getting around easier. Plus fitting through doorways etc is no longer a problem which is not the case when trying to manoeuver a twin pushchair though a gap.
